Temporary Friday Imam of Sanandaj city said,” The enemy is trying to reduce the participation rate in the March elections of this year by using his media war and, they will use this reduction for political exploitation.

Hawzah News Agency- In an interview with Hawzah News correspondent in Kurdistan province, Sunni scholar Mamousta Mohammad Amin referred to the upcoming elections of the Iranian Parliament and the Assembly of Leadership Experts, adding one of the pillars of civility in any society is to have a popular and free choice, and fortunately, this is important in our country.

The temporary Friday imam of Sanandaj city said,” For this reason, one of the most important and main honors of the holy system of the Islamic Republic is holding people-centered elections, while in many countries of the region, there is no such thing as elections.”

Emphasizing that this year's election has a special significance compared to the previous ones, he said,” This year's election is of great importance due to the recent events and the very special conditions of the region.”

This Sunni scholar continued,” On the one hand, the enemy is trying to reduce the participation rate in the elections this year by using its media war, and after that, they will use this reduction for political exploitation.”

The temporary imam of Sanandaj city went on to say,” Another reason why we should have a passionate and glorious presence in this year's elections is to neutralize the plots of the enemies against the unity of the Iranian people, because the elections are one of the clear patterns and symbols of the proximity of religions and cultures in Iran.”

At the end of his speech, Mamousta Rasti noted,” If we seek to improve the affairs and the quality of life, we should not act passively in the elections, rather we should increase the enthusiasm of the elections with our presence and create a bright future for ourselves and our fellow citizens.”
